Walter C. Dornez (Vampire Adult) vs. The Captain (Base)
Speed-wise, Walter is superior. Since Seras's shadow spikes cut right through his body, there's no reason why Vampire Walter's wires can't do the same. All that's left is to aim for the heart. Now here, Walter's time limit is actually an issue because The Captain can mist-shift. However, he doesn't stay in there for long, especially since he wouldn't be planning to exploit the time limit as a weakness unlike Alucard - rather he would just try to physically dominate his opponent. And being faster also helps in slicing his heart before he can mist-shift. The Captain's melee prowess is high, but not enough here. Alucard's physical strength and speed are around the same level, and he couldn't even touch Walter in melee range.

Winner: Walter with high-mid difficulty.

Walter C. Dornez (Vampire Adult) vs. The Captain (Werewolf)
Captain's stats are higher, and he's probably as fast as Walter now. With his physical strength, it's certain that he'd one-shot Walter with a single kick. He has higher evasion ability, so it'd be easier for him to dodge Walter's wires, but their sheer numbers and speed may still make it difficult to avoid them all. It's unknown if Captain's durability increased - significantly to the point he can tank the wires once more. Captain has mist-shifting that can make the time limit an issue; however, he'd be more likely to stay in solid form to dominate his opponent. If Captain tags him, he's done for. Equal speed and mist-shifting also makes it difficult for Walter to put him down. However, the deciding factor is the better fighter, and in my mind Walter's fighting spirit is what's gonna keep him driving on to outdo The Captain.

Winner: Could go either way with extreme difficulty, but I'm leaning towards Walter.

Walter C. Dornez (Vampire Adult) vs. The Captain (Fully Transformed)
Captain's stats triumph over Walter's. He can easily one-shot him if he even brushes against Captain's body. Although it's not known if his durability increased to the point that he can tank the wires once more, it can be concluded that it'd be more difficult for Walter to cut him apart into pieces. Walter has one-shotted equally big creatures, but a demon hound like Baskerville is probably not as deadly as a full-power werewolf like The Captain. Walter would be more skilled in dodging than Seras, but Captain would try to blitz him. Mist-shifting while running also makes it impossible for Walter to tag him with wires. The moment he reforms, The Captain would be running with enough velocity and momentum to ram Walter before he can dodge or cut The Captain down. Once that happens, the reversion or time limit will kick in.

Winner: The Captain with high-mid difficulty.

Walter C. Dornez (Vampire Teen) vs. The Captain (Base)
Walter's stats are higher and his wires superior, but it can't be concluded that they can cut him effectively. Reversion rate and time limit are still a problem.

Winner: The Captain with high-low difficulty.

Walter C. Dornez (Vampire Teen) vs. The Captain (Werewolf)
Heh.

Winner: The Captain with no difficulty.

Walter C. Dornez (Vampire Teen) vs. The Captain (Fully Transformed)
